You've Been Submitting to Other Magazines, Haven't You: The Jealousy Contest
With just over a month left until the highly anticipated release of the Green Issue, the editors of Slurve Magazine have decided to up the ante. We know you've been submitting to other magazines, and frankly, we don't like it. That's why we're announcing the Jealousy Contest.
Submit one piece of poetry, fiction, art or music on the aforementioned topic by July 7, and you'll have the chance to make all your friends green with envy when they see your name in print in the next issue of Slurve. And to make the deal even sweeter than a bowl of lime Jello, the first place winner will also receive a prize from our equipment room (which may or may not in fact be a bowl of lime Jello).
The Rejection Contest
